1. Services Offered

Reiki Dojo provides online-based Traditional Japanese Reiki attunements, distant healing sessions, and in-person treatments in Ebisu, Tokyo. These services are for spiritual and relaxation purposes and do not replace professional medical treatment.

2. Bookings and Payments

All appointments and course enrollments must be booked and paid for in advance through our secure third-party payment gateway (PayPal). Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

About Attunement Courses:

We enforce a fair refund policy due to the preparation and time scheduled for each tailored session. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

• Before the Zoom Session Starts: If you cancel your booking anytime after payment and before the scheduled Zoom session begins, you will be eligible for a 70% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 30% will be retained as a non-refundable cancellation and administrative fee.

• After the Zoom Session Starts: Once the scheduled Zoom session has commenced, or if you fail to attend (no-show), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• In-Person Sessions (Ebisu): The same logic applies based on the scheduled start time of your appointment.

4. Distant Healing & Online Attunements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for the Zoom session. Reiki Dojo is not responsible for sessions missed or disrupted due to the client's technical or internet difficulties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including texts, digital course materials, symbols, and images provided during the courses, are the intellectual property of Reiki Dojo and are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reiki Dojo and its master shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental outcomes experienced after receiving Reiki sessions or attunements. Reiki is a holistic energy modality, and results may vary individually.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
