What You Will Learn in Level 1

  • History & Principles: Discover the authentic origins and traditional lineage of Usui Reiki, along with the 5 Reiki Principles that serve as a practical guide for daily mindfulness.

Course Flow

  • Step 1: Contact Us via e-mail, instagram DM, or WhatsApp. Once we agree on the date and time, I will send you a PayPal payment link. Please complete your payment through that link.　You can check out the refund policy here.

  • Step 2: 1-on-1 Private Live Session via ZOOM (Total: 95 Mins) Connect live with Japanese Reiki Master Yusuke Iizuka for an exclusive, tailored learning experience.

    • Private Lecture & Q&A (80 Minutes): Master the foundational history, core principles, and hands-on self-healing positions with real-time guidance.

    • Energy Attunement (15 Minutes): Receive your personal Level 1 Attunement to permanently open and align your Reiki energy channels.

  • Step 3: Distant Healing Session (36 Mins) Once our ZOOM call concludes, we go into a deep, silent integration phase. While you rest comfortably at home in a relaxed state, the Master performs a 36-minute remote energy adjustment to perfectly stabilize your new frequency.

  • Step 4: Digital Certification Upon successful completion of your private session and integration, your official high-resolution Digital Certificate will be delivered to your e-mail inbox.
